Are Dimple Color contact lenses safe to wear?
Yes, all our lenses are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities and are cleared by relevant health authorities. They are made from high-quality, breathable materials designed for comfort and ocular safety.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your lenses sooner.
Do I need a prescription to order?
While we offer non-prescription (plano) lenses for cosmetic use, we strongly recommend consulting with an eye care professional before use. For power lenses, a valid prescription is required.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed boxes within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened lens vials or blister packs cannot be returned.
How do I care for my multi-use lenses?
Always wash your hands before handling lenses. Store them in a clean lens case with fresh multipurpose disinfecting solution. Never use tap water to rinse your lenses or case.
