At Dimple Color, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on contact lens vials or packs that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Pack & Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
